Rebuilding Hope through housing opportunities for families and individuals with support services during transitions.

Strengths Based Services
Strength-based practice is about partnering in order to help service recipients identify and use their own strengths and resources to overcome obstacles and live empowered lives. It is an approach that focuses on what is strong, not what is wrong. By focusing on strengths rather than using deficits to guide services, hope and motivation increase, resulting in greater achievement of goals.
Housing First
Housing First is an approach to ending homelessness that centers on providing homeless families and individuals with housing quickly and then providing services as needed. What differentiates a Housing First approach from traditional approaches is that it is “housing-based,” with an immediate and primary focus on helping individuals and families quickly access and sustain permanent housing. This approach has the benefit of being consistent with what most people experiencing homelessness want and seek help to achieve.
