The specific planning framework positions our community to deliver sustainable interventions that are tailored to the specific needs of an increasingly diverse poulation; leverage resources; reduce redundancies; enhance services; demonstrate desired system and family outcomes; and more effectively respond to system gaps – making our goal of ending family homelessness achievable.
