The City of Grand Rapids received the Wells Fargo CommunityWins award in January 2021 supporting the G.R.A.C.E. Homes. This partnership with Community Rebuilders will increase housing choice with the development of high-quality, service-smart rental homes targeted toward homeless families in our community. The integration of quality services ensures that low-income renters can thrive not only within their home, but within their community.
