This role will be responsible for oversight and coordination of multiple projects simultaneously – ensuring project goals, success factors, project plans, budgets and schedules are established with input and buy-in from key stakeholders. They maintain a high degree of collaboration across the organization, developing networks, providing mentoring opportunities, and facilitate resource and knowledge sharing among staff. The Divisional Director acts as a resource to project and program managers by providing project management guidance and expertise. It is vital that this team member is able to work and communicate in a virtual environment with their team.

The Beautifully Home Support Specialist provides and coordinates supportive services necessary to assist eligible  program participants to  obtain and maintain housing. This will include but not limited to assistance that supports the development of our participant’s interior home space to enhance the health and well-being and stability of formerly homeless persons in their new homes; assistance with developing, securing, coordinating and documenting services needs and provisions to program participants; and engage persons through outreach for providing immediate support and intervention, as well as identifying potential program participants, are eligible. The Employment Success Manager (ESM) provides and coordinates supportive services, specific to work and training opportunities for all consumers served through Community Rebuilders programs. Services provided are necessary to assist eligible households to improve their economic security and overall housing stability. The ESM will work with consumers, who have been referred by Community Rebuilders Housing Resource Specialist who identify economic insecurity as a barrier, to obtaining or maintaining permanent housing. The ESM will also promote the awareness of the Community Housing Connect Employment Platform and be the main point of contact with community Work Force Development agencies to best meet the needs of Consumers. Maintenance Technician

This role will be responsible for the maintenance of Community Rebuilders owned rental properties and facility upkeep. The Maintenance Technician position responsibilities include property maintenance, preventative maintenance, work orders, facility safety systems and grounds work. The position requires the ability to lift moderately heavy objects, climb ladders, perform duties requiring extensive maneuverability and normal strength.
