We are seeking a team player with positive attitude to fit our data team as an HMIS Data Specialist. This role will manage and perform a variety of direct service, administrative, technical and field tasks related to the management of Community Rebuilders’ office space and owned rental properties. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, supervision of maintenance technicians, scheduling of ongoing maintenance schedules, budget management, procurement of services, safety, security and quality of office and property space, mandatory emergency planning and repairs and renovation projects. This role will be responsible for oversight and coordination of multiple projects simultaneously – ensuring project goals, success factors, project The Staff Accountant I reports to the Chief Financial Officer Supports thein carrying out the responsibilities of the Finance/Accounting Department. Under the supervision of Staff Accountant III, the Staff Accountant I performs a variety of duties ranging from very basic transactions to intermediate accounting work. Job responsibilities include recording AR, CR, AP and routine JE’s in the accounting system. This position will be a key member of the Finance Team and will track revenue and expenses as well as work with program staff on reconciliations, projections and spend-outs. In addition the Staff Accountant I will be responsible for ensuring compliance with various Federal and State rules and regulations by following established policies and procedures that have been implemented in the Finance Department. This role promotes the agency’s mission and philosophy through upholding established guidelines, policies and procedures.

The Housing Resource Specialist will assess personal and family situations of individuals and families experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness to determine eligibility for programs and service needs. This role will be responsible for a variety of direct service, technical and skilled tasks in accordance with the rules and regulations of the agency, funding sources and agency mission and philosophy. The position will serve as an ongoing liaison as needed and facilitate and coordinate service activities. If you’re dedicated to serving the community, we’d like to meet you!

This role will be responsible for the maintenance of Community Rebuilders owned rental properties and facility upkeep. The Maintenance Technician position responsibilities include property maintenance, preventative maintenance, work orders, facility safety systems and grounds work. The position requires the ability to lift moderately heavy objects, climb ladders, perform duties requiring extensive maneuverability and normal strength.
