EuzenConnect is a social impact organization focused on creating connections in the community that build financial stability, equity, and belonging within the employment space.

Through the G.R.A.C.E. Network, participants are able to be immediately connected with EuzenConnect for employment services and begin receiving recommendations for the jobs they want.

G.R.A.C.E. allows us to see all the organizations that are helping a person and be part of a solution. We’re able to know that their needs are being met in various ways (food, education, housing, etc) then understand and compliment the things that are already in play.

Through the G.R.A.C.E. Network, we have a longitudinal record telling us if the work we’re doing getting people connected to jobs is actually impacting their long term financial stability. It also allows us to make sure we’re making the impact on employment equity that we intend.

What’s Next for EuzenConnect?

We’re looking at partnering with workforce development programs to smart-match people to the recourses they need to build their careers. As we help folks access their ‘right now job’ we want to match them to workforce development resources so they can continue to build their career foundation.
